Basic Information
Once a pediatric nurse practitioner, now a dirt-loving farm mama raising happy animals and small-batch farmhouse goods on our little East Tennessee farm. Simple food, made with care — from our family to yours.
A small raw dairy, Bybee Mountain Farm, and we raise Jersey and Guernsey cows on pasture here in rural Cocke Co. We craft small-batch, nourishing foods for our community and offer rich A2 milk and cream to yogurt, butter, and baked goods. We believe good food begins with healthy animals and thoughtful stewardship. We do not offer farm tours at this time, but we do have a number of customers in Cosby and the surrounding area. We have drop sites and times, but would love to be connected to travelers seeking nutrient dense farm fresh food. Just a heads up, though, our raw dairy is labeled as ‘pet food’ per TN law.
