154 Village Stream in Chalet Village – A romantic getaway, perfect for couples who want a peaceful, natural setting with easy access to Gatlinburg and the Smokies.
It’s one of my favorite places to be on the private back deck listening to the sounds of water & nature. Our space is clean & cozy. Nothing fancy. Perfectly meant for simple people:)
We did do upgrades, new decor, and furnishings since photos! Brand new larger water heater installed Dec 2023.

The space
You’ll enjoy the sounds and view of the babbling stream from your balcony overlook as you start and end your day, and visitors often enjoy seeing local wildlife at play. It’s a quiet escape, but not hard to reach, you can enjoy dinner downtown withina 3 minute drive , then relax or splash around in the heated outdoor pool during the summer. The pool is normallly open Memorial Day Weekend to labor day weekend and will be heated. it’s for owners and guest staying at village stream.

The living area has a sleeper sofa, 42″ flat-screen cable TV w/DVD/fire-stick, and a wood-burning fireplace.
You’ll also enjoy a beautiful balcony that over looks the steam to enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap

The full kitchen allows you the chance to stay in for the evening if you choose, and the dining area has seating for four.

****** You will find a coin laundry on site for all your washing needs. It is located on the lower level by the grilling/seating area.

Other things to note
This small condo development is nestled comfortably into the hills above Gatlinburg, just off Ski Mountain Road-about a mile away from downtown! Your unit will be located down 1-flight of stairs (no elevators at this complex). It’s a development that’s never forgotten the magic of the Smokies. Outdoor heated pool usually open from memorial to labor day.
